8. Homework project
Homework exercise (200 points):
Choose a scientific question and dataset of your own and implement a suitable Bayesian workflow to answer your question. Alternatively, you may design an experiment to answer your question, and work with simulated data. Separate your working into the following topics:
Problem statement
Model building
Model checking
Model development
Model comparison (optional)
Experiment design (optional)
Conclusions
You are free to choice any topic, but a few options are also given below.
